B2B, B2C, SaaS platform.
Jebbit is a no-code platform for building interactive consumer experiences (quizzes, product finders, surveys) that power zero- and first-party data collection for enterprise brands. During my two years on the product team, I designed and shipped dozens of features used by clients including L'Oréal, Pepsi, NARS, and PwC, in a high-velocity environment where features moved from concept to production on weekly cycles.

My Role
In my role as Senior UX Designer, I was responsible for leading the design process from initial research through to final implementation. Throughout my design process, I led usability testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback to refine and iterate on designs to ensure they met user expectations. Collaboration was a key part of my role, as I worked closely with development teams to guarantee accurate implementation of the designs, bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution. Additionally, I consistently advocated for accessibility standards, ensuring that all features were inclusive and usable for a diverse range of users.

Impact
Over two years, platform-wide UX and workflow improvements drove measurable outcomes: a 36% lift in campaign engagement for enterprise customers, higher conversion across onboarding and create-to-launch flows, and faster task completion in key journeys. We shipped 20+ features, including an in-product accessibility testing tool, that increased adoption and retention. Cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing accelerated delivery and improved launch quality.

ADA Compliance Checker
ADA Compliance Checker
Designed an integrated accessibility validation system to help content creators ensure WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance before publishing digital experiences.
Designed an integrated accessibility validation system to help content creators ensure WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance before publishing digital experiences.
The Challenge
Users creating interactive experiences needed guidance to meet accessibility standards, but many lacked expertise in ADA requirements or awareness of common compliance issues.
Users creating interactive experiences needed guidance to meet accessibility standards, but many lacked expertise in ADA requirements or awareness of common compliance issues.
My Solution
I designed an accessibility checker that identifies and guides users to resolve compliance issues across two key areas:
Alt Text Validation – Flags images missing descriptive text for screen readers.
Color Contrast Analysis – Highlights insufficient contrast ratios for text, buttons, and backgrounds.

Key Features
Integrated into the publishing workflow to catch issues before they go live
Accessible from multiple touchpoints (builder map, screen editor, publish trigger)
Contextual guidance explaining why each issue matters and how to fix it
Real-time validation for both desktop and mobile views

Test Product Feed Tool
Test Product Feed Tool
Designed a diagnostic testing interface for Jebbit's e-commerce quiz platform that helps users validate dynamic product recommendation logic in real-time — available on both mobile and desktop preview URLs for any experience with a Product Feed assigned.

The Challenge
Users needed visibility into how their quiz configurations filtered products and generated recommendations, but lacked tools to understand or troubleshoot the complex logic behind product matching.
Users needed visibility into how their quiz configurations filtered products and generated recommendations, but lacked tools to understand or troubleshoot the complex logic behind product matching.
My Solution
Created an in-preview testing panel that provides transparent, step-by-step diagnostics as users interact with their quiz. The tool surfaces campaign metadata, tracks remaining products after each response, displays field mappings and logic operators (AND/OR), and explains fallback behavior when filters become too restrictive.

Key Features
Campaign metadata display showing available product slots, logic type (e.g., Exact Match), and category configuration.
Real-time product count tracking, remaining matches vs. total feed size after each response.
Expandable screen breakdowns showing mapped field names, selected values, and AND/OR logic operators across screens.
Fallback logic indicators that surface when and which lower-priority fields are removed to broaden results.
Individual product preview with associated field data for result verification.
Export functionality for the complete matched product set beyond the 20-item UI display limit.

Reduced campaign launch time by 25% by transforming what had been a black box into a transparent, self-service diagnostic system, enabling enterprise users to validate and debug their own product recommendation logic without waiting for support.

Jebbit Launch. Feature Redesign
Jebbit Launch. Feature Redesign
Jebbit's Launch feature enables marketers to distribute interactive experiences across multiple channels: social, email, paid ads, SMS, QR codes, and more, while tracking performance with UTM parameters, pixels, and user IDs.
Jebbit's Launch feature enables marketers to distribute interactive experiences across multiple channels: social, email, paid ads, SMS, QR codes, and more, while tracking performance with UTM parameters, pixels, and user IDs.
The Challenge
The original Launch feature was a single, dense page that left users confused about what actions they could take and how to use the tools available to them. Discovery and usability were both significant pain points.
The original Launch feature was a single, dense page that left users confused about what actions they could take and how to use the tools available to them. Discovery and usability were both significant pain points.
My Role
I led the end-to-end redesign of the Launch feature, starting with extended user research to understand where and why users were getting stuck. From there, I restructured the experience into a dedicated Launch section with a clear, channel-based navigation model, giving each launch path (website, social, email, etc.) its own focused configuration flow.
To support discoverability and reduce friction, I introduced contextual guidance throughout: step-by-step directions, GIF walkthroughs, and animated tutorials that helped users understand each part of the product without leaving the interface.

Outcome
The redesign transformed a confusing, catch-all page into an intuitive, self-serve launch hub, reducing the learning curve for new users while giving power users the flexibility and tracking controls they needed.

Experience Preview
Experience Preview
Designed a real-time preview feature for an experience builder platform, enabling creators to visualize their content across devices before publishing.
Designed a real-time preview feature for an experience builder platform, enabling creators to visualize their content across devices before publishing.
Outcome
The feature lets users toggle between desktop and mobile views, launch a full-screen preview for an accurate representation of the end-user experience, and scan a QR code to instantly load the experience on a physical mobile device — bridging the gap between design and reality without leaving the editor.
The goal was to reduce guesswork in the creation process and give designers confidence that their layouts, copy, and imagery would render correctly across platforms.

What I Learned
Working alongside such talented and supportive colleagues taught me the importance of open communication, leaning on each other for help, and sharing our challenges without hesitation. This experience showed me the joy of celebrating wins together and growing stronger as a team. Even during the toughest times, juggling multiple projects, the kindness and expertise of my teammates turned challenges into opportunities, making our work environment feel both resilient and genuinely collaborative.
