Redesigning Onboarding & Activation for a National Pro Bono Platform, +15% Activation Rate
Led end-to-end research and redesign of onboarding and activation flows for a national pro bono SaaS platform serving enterprise clients including Disney, American Express, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Ran user surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify where users were dropping off, then redesigned the experience to convert significantly more signups into active participants.
